Our Policies
Reservations
To complete and guarantee the reservation, we request a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount of accommodation. The remainder will be paid on the day of check-in.
Our Suites and Check-in and Check-out Times
All our suites are of the same category and their prices are established according to the period of use and the number of occupants. Daily rates start at 3 pm and end at 11 am regardless of check-in time. Consult under the possibility of Late Check Out and its values. Upon check-in, you will be required to present a valid photo ID.
Pool Hours
Our pool is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Sound Boxes
Sound boxes are prohibited in any public área, including the room´s balcony.
Children
Due to the style of architecture and decoration of the inn, for reasons of safety and comfort, we only host children from 14 years of age.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast
Our breakfast is buffet style and is served from 7:15 am to 9:45 am.
Under no circumstances will breakfast be served before 7:15 am or after 9:45 am.
Parking
We offer free private parking for our guests. When parking your vehicle on our property, you and your group do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages, accidents or loss of your vehicle or personal property.
Privacy and Security
As part of our commitment to your safety, our employees do not disclose a guest's identity, room number or presence to anyone unless requested by local authorities.
General Hosting Rules
We want you to have fun. But if things get a little out of hand, we have the old rule of "broke, bought" and property damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive parcels and deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for orders and their contents, nor for their storage. You can sing and talk as much as you like all day, but from 10pm to 8am the property goes into silent mode for what we call bedtime.
Cancellations
Booking cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount paid will be refunded as follows: * Up to 30 days before the date of entry, the refund of the amounts paid will be full. * In case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to the "check in", 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In cases of refund, bank or other fees such as DOC etc. will be discounted.
No Show
Failure by the guest to arrive at the hotel on the date scheduled for arrival, will be considered "NO SHOW". The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the scheduled entry date. After this period, the reservation will be canceled with a retention of 100% of the amount paid, freeing the room to another guest. THERE WILL BE NO RESTITUTION OF AMOUNTS PAID.
Withdrawal After Entry
When the client decides, for whatever reason, to leave the hotel before the scheduled check out date, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
