Resende Beach is the first beach on the Caminho das Praias, a route that takes you to the four best-preserved urban beaches in Itacaré. It has an informal infrastructure with small stalls that provide drinks and some snacks.
At low tide, you can enjoy the natural pools that form on the right side, or even sit in more secluded spots on the rocks.

The second cove on the Caminho das Praias is a favorite among surfers. It is also perfect for those who like to see beautiful people and for those who like laid-back people and who also don't want to miss out on being close to the action. It is a simple place, with a small infrastructure and a few kiosks and restaurants. The service is good.
It has a surfing school for those who want to take their first steps, or paddles, in the sport. Because it is famous for its good waves, it hosts some surfing championships.

There is no infrastructure on the third stretch of sand on the Caminho das Praias. The scenery at Praia do Costa is made up of the sea, coconut trees and a small strip of sand. It is a place for those looking for peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Itacaré. Praia do Costa is full of greenery and is bordered by two beautiful rocky outcrops.

Ribeira Beach is the last of the urban beaches. It is located right after Costa Beach. In Ribeira, the sea has less currents, there are kiosks and the Atlantic Forest is more dense. Another attraction is the Ribeira River, which flows into the sea and offers a dose of fresh water. Ribeira is very busy on weekends, especially in the afternoon. The kiosks offer tables and chairs, which fill up during high season and holidays. Even so, there is room for everyone to enjoy the spectacular beauty that Ribeira Beach has to offer.

ALTAR BOY
It is the city center and the coast of Itacaré.
It has a beautiful setting, especially in the late afternoon. Along its length you can see beautiful old mansions, the Praça de São Minguel - where the Igreja Matriz São Miguel Arcanjo is located and several restaurants. When the tide is low it is often used for practicing sports such as volleyball, soccer, footvolley, beach tennis, among others.
